SCHOOL  RULES

Attendance

Regular school attendance is required by law and is necessary for good scholarship.  A student’s success is directly related to his/her attendance in school.  Parents are strongly encouraged to schedule their child’s necessary appointments outside regular school hours.  Any student arriving late or leaving early must be signed in/out by a designated parent or responsible adult.  We encourage all parents to recognize the value of instructional time. We strongly discourage parents from taking their children out of school for vacations, celebrations, business appointments, etc.

Students who are ill are expected to at stay home. Parents and or guardians must call the school office by 10:00 am if their child is absent.  If the child has a fever, he/she must remain at home until there is no fever for 24 hours.  After an absence of two or more days the parent/guardian may request a list of the missed assignments to be completed as home work.
